Ghost babies
First you should meet a ghost that is single and be nice to the ghost then start flirting and being romantic (if you are at the graveyard if your sim is a kleptomaniac they can take the ghost's grave if their relationship is high) When the ghosts vanish carry on with sims life and don't fall in love with any other person. When ghosts are out again make sure your ghost is out and then flirt again. If your sim is a kleptomaniac take the grave and put it in your lot. The ghost will come often if you are really friendly or romantic with it. Now be romantic (if you were just being friendly) and be it's boyfriend/girlfriend. Make sure you know most of the ghost's traits or you might not like the ghost. Now there might be an option called "Try for baby" Click on it. Or invite the ghost to cuddle on the bed then you will have the option if you don't try making out and kissing. Try for baby lots of times to make sure it will be a ghost. Remember to try for baby lots during your sim's pregnancy When you have finished the pregnancy you might be lucky enough to have a little ghost baby! (You may need a female sim to do this)
